Considering that you betrayed the Haitian Republic by retaining a UN occupying force on Haitian soil, who seem to be there to protect you from being tossed out of office, in case that your incompetence became intolerable for Haitians to continue to bear. Considering that the MINUSTAH mandate expired in October 2009, yet you had it renewed despite the fact that the Haitian Constitution prohibits the presence of any foreign force on Haitian soil.

Considering that you have constantly violated the 1989 Haitian Constitution...

In l990 when you imported firearms, munitions, explosives, and used war weapons and equipments on Haitian citizens.

You personally detonated a bomb which killed and gravelly hurt Haitian citizens in Pétion-Ville during a political event at place Saint-Pierre {December 1990}.

That was an act of terrorism.

Considering that
You and Aristide were the ones who distributed the 27,000 firearms to the very bandits, who are poisoning the Haitian youth with drugs, and are still persecuting and preying on Haitian citizens in 2009.

Considering that with the help of a criminal in the ilk of Amaral Ducloma and your allegiance with other bandits, you committed odious crimes and atrocities against your political opponents and also against private Haitian citizens.

Due to your shortsightedness, the waves of kidnappings which were designed to punish and intimidate Haitian citizens, have caused the insecurity level, which resulted in a lack of foreign and Diaspora investments.

Millions of jobs could have been created for the desperately poor in manufacturing and through a healthy tourist industry.

You have placed the Haitian economy in peril due to your political maneuvers.

You have relegated the people who voted for you to a life of penury and misery by not publishing the new law for a decent minimum wage. You have let Corporate America feed on Haitian poverty.

You have never learned one fundamental truth: It's a large and economically healthy middle class that keeps the economy afloat in a capitalist system, not a few wealthy people.

Considering that you embezzled an estimated 1.6 billion dollars that belonged to the people of Haiti.

Considering that you decided to cave in to the IMF's deadly economic reforms although their restructuring and privatization plans have never been successful in any developing countries; Jamaica is a perfect example.

You have abandoned the government role of regulating key economic variables to ensure a minimum of livelihood for the Haitian people.

You let the IMF and World Bank with their unreasonable neoliberal structural adjustment policies devaluate the Haitian currency as a condition for foreign aid;{conditional aid, not "free" aid}.

When the price of food rose by 40 percent in less than a year, the cost of rice doubled; consequently, 2.4 million Haitians faced extreme food shortages and famine.

Mothers and children were eating mud cakes; some are still consuming mud in 2009. Meanwhile a "grand mangeur" such as yourself was eating well, and sipping vodka; "tafiateur".

Thirty years ago Haiti produced most of its own food, including rice and sugar.

You let economic pressures from foreigners, their enticements, coupled by their free food, which were distributed by all sorts of NGOs effectively destroy the market for food produced in Haiti.

Your administration could have developed our poultry industry instead of letting those American companies ship their 20 year old frozen chicken parts to Haiti that are unfit for human consumption.

If you were a real agronomist all those falaises, ravines, and empty lands would have been planted with carrots, potatoes, aubergines as a source of free food for the poor. Oh yes I forgot, you are only pretending to be an agronomist.

The only thing you know how to do well is to beg the international community for money.

Haitians do not want handouts, they want real opportunities.

You do not see the perils of unregulated privatization; it can only transform state monopolies into private oligarchies, thus increasing the riches of Haiti 's elite and stripping the poor of their national wealth.

You are in fact giving the Arabs and other foreigners' control of our country and the control of Haitian stomachs.

Those are the same people who have been flooding the Haitian market with unhealthy synthetic drinks and hot-dogs made of pigs anuses.

Those people can manipulate the prices of food, water, and utilities; they can use famine as a means of population control in the future.

You do not see the pitfalls of privatization.

Shame on you!
Considering that you committed a series of electoral fraud which undermined the Haitian democratic process.

In the year 2000 you paid four candidates to run against Aristide to justify the election process.

(After Aristide's real opponent was conveniently murdered).

You "soit disant" deserted your former Lavalas party, but you benefited greatly from their votes after Father Gérard Jean-Juste was imprisoned under false accusations to prevent his inclusion in the election process.

He was registered by the Lavalas Party as their candidate for the presidency.

However, that segment of Lavalas was not allowed to participate in the elections of 2006. Father Jean-Juste was in fact the candidate the people wanted most, not a traitor such as you. Considering that you did not win your last election with more than 50% of the vote it was a back-room deal brokered by foreign diplomats that ended the possibility of a runoff which made you the victor.

In 2009, you fraudulently manipulated the last senatorial election by intimidating potential voters and by having bandits stuffed the ballot boxes in the bidonvilles with people's names who did not vote. You intentionally placed your semi-illiterate senators/friends in office in order to orchestrate a coup d'état against Prime Minister Michele Pierre-Louis under baseless accusations.

False accusations seem to be your "Modus Operendi." That was the third Prime Minister you got rid of to deflect attention from your incompetence.

You governed without a prime minister for 3 years during your first presidency which was a total failure.

Nowadays, you are using public funds as your own personal money to orchestrate another massive electoral fraud.

You are trying your best with your coalition of Lavalas/Inité/Duvalierist to turn the presidency of Haiti into a tribal chieftaincy.

I know for a fact a cluster of "Nèg Sot" cannot possibly bring about the changes that Haiti needs.

You and your party have failed to bring any significant improvement to the lives of over 8.5 millions of Haitians who are living in abject poverty.

I know that the impunity will continue as long as the same people are in power.

People are receiving anonymous threats by telephone to reduce their political activities; will those threats be followed by assassination?

That was what happened to social activist and prospective Lavalas Senate candidate Pierre-Antoine Lovinsky.

His body has never been found.

The Haitian people cannot afford another ten years of Lavalas incompetence.

You do not have ten years to live considering your health status.

You cannot mortgage the young generation of Haitians future for your personal gains.

The new generation of Haitians want democracy and sovereignty for Haiti.

We want our leaders to be educated, to be ethical, we want them to be physically and mentally healthy, without vices.

We also want an efficient government, respect for political adversaries, transparency in all public enterprises.

Your présidency will be remembered as a "Médiocracy." Préval, this is your 90 days eviction notice.
