Tiba, and any of you here who's mad that Preval didn't inform you about his wedding, you must all know that's Haiti, and it's ok. I think the problem is that you and all that are copy and paste other country systems need to be learned and stop trying to copy from other, which we have been doing for most of our lives.

The only reason you think is a bad thing is because you live in U.S. and your mind has been brain washed.

Otherwise, you would understand that Haiti is Haiti, and then it will always be Haiti and its system.
