Expait Haitians Unite to lead Haiti to new start

I propose all expats living in U.S. and elsewhere including those like myself who were not born in Haiti but did live and work there unite and that we plan in future to return as a group, establish our own community and provide for our own security as we expats will become the new leadership of Haiti.
