Reasonable Doubt.

The Parliament has not only legitimate right to probe "La Primature et ses ministres", but also can terminate them if they fail to deliver.

$197 million is a significant amount of money in the hands of the Prime minister and her ministers for over a year. The Parliament has not only the Pocket Power, but also has legitimate right to monitor "Lajan ke yo debloke pou fe sevis pep'la e ki nan men minis yo." Disregarding all the profanities, all the politics and all the political infringement, therefore, the Haitian Intellectual class must find their interests in this constitutional move of the Parliament.
