optimal reflexions on Haiti

Good morning Excellence! I just want to congratulate on some of the big issues that you have undertaken.

It is always easy to be criticized by our opponent, however I always noticed that it is in front row of the battles that one recognized the true soldiers.

I always believed that there is room for improvement.

It is always good to caution your decision and approached them at a baby step level while you are making strides, instead of trying to be bold to prove a point to the mass while the opponent sat with their sharp wedges waiting for you to make a mistake.

I think that it is very wise from your part the way you are moving along with the country, except that you need to surround yourself with engineers, economists, administrators, those who know the know-how in and out. More laws need to implement in terms of exportations.

For we import almost everything, and we export almost nothing.

The farmers need to return to the farm and start planting that way the haitian's people can consume what they produce instead of relying on what's coming from overseas.

The country needs to implement a short, midterm, and a longterm self-reliance or self sufficient program where we don't need to depend on foreign aid all the time. We need to plant coffee, yams, cacao, cocotree, sugar, mangotree, all type of fruits, bananas.

We need a mega plan for this country.

We need infrastructure to allow communication from everywhere around the country.

We need to fight corruptions.

The administration needs to fight these belligerents who think that they can touch the public wealth anytime they want without consequences or penalizations.

Judges need to impose the highest level of punishment against the corruptees, so they can learn their lesson.

We need to plant trees to help fight the erosion problem in the country.

We need reform in the schlastic system.

We need to have a system that is aligned with the global that is occurring right now. We don't need the Napoleon's system has been there for the last two centuries and have not done any good to the country.

We are well situated on the carribean, we need to adapt a trilingual system to allow investors to come and invest in the country where the language would not pose a problem.

Lastly, you need sustainability, and stability to instill confidence within these investors.

Once again I salute you Mr President.

Best regards,

Eustaches Cella
