about security in haiti

president rene preval I am very dissappointed with the security situation in haiti I think you should do more to solve that problem once and for all.A lot haitian living overseas want to go back to the home country to visit their familly, the security situation has made much more difficult is very bad imagine haiti is my home country I cannot visit any time I want every time I going to haiti is make very scare where is the genddammerie force you had promise to create in able for haiti to be successful security must be the top prioty we had fail many time. I was a stong supporter of the genddammerie force you was going to create the genddammerie add was on the internet I namely vote on it all the time to get enought vote for the petition I was very exiting for now I know security will be solve we have a small police force which is not capable carry out security why not transformed the small police to a Genddammerie national after I hear the got a committee to study about it the genddammeri was not going to formed because the gorvernment did not had enough money I dont believe in such nonssence we need to invest more on security that is the only haiti can be secure the haitian army was disbande for a purpose the are responssible for haiti destruction which they create is not to sure the country could afford a big size army right now but we have to worry about the future of haiti which is in serious danger we have the cappabbility now to do something good for our country we need to take that chance we had fail many time let remmenber were we came from and were we are going this is the time for a change for a better haiti our national pride is our armed forces we the first country we are the last not to have an army thi is the fisrt time of our country historic we fall so short but we could bounced back again with all the help the given us it is important we improve our image which has been destroy for so long and we can with the grace of god we will. My idea for now we should create a volluntary defence force which would capable of carry out security for a country of eight million anybody that could serve should be in the new force I know the got a lot of haitian cappable of serving they own country it will be a non paid orgarnisation but will performed millitarily anybody that serve will received basic government help but not paid sallary because the army could not afford it when the army came to a proffessional army we will be willing to deal with that anybody that sign to be in the new millitary must reallise the wiil serving their country their country ask for them and the will be treated respectfully the will were our nation uniformed everywhere with pride dicciplined and honour the will haved courage to carry out their dutty we most restored our honour which we have lost now we will able to defended our sovreinty from other country.

I know the country is very poor is not cappable of carry out such task that why I said vollunteers people who to served their country and defend their country anybody that served will get free service from the government and enjoy benifit but will not be a paid forced for now because the country cannot afforded it untill you have a proffessional army and the country cannot afford a paid forced anybody that served must realised their country is important to them than to themself it will be a great benifit for them. soldier from the old army which has a crimminal backgrounded should not to be allowed in the new forced Iam afraid the might corrupt the new forced.Iam a haitian I will like to see positive changed for haiti land that I loved so much. I hope preval take that very seriosly and deal with the situation he tring his best I find he need to do more the country need our help more than ever. I hope he listening to me because I want my country to be like any other country haiti still got a very long way to go but we will get there someday if we prepare for today tommorow will be better.let give our country a seconde chance
