The Haitian military had always been one of the most undignified institutions in our history.

Phillippe Biamby does not deserve any special honor by our country and our people.

Along with his fellow military henchmen, he did all he could to perpetuate the duvalierism without Duvalier doctrine that the former post Baby Doc military leaders had hoped to preside upon.
