What about CNE after your turn in 2011

Dear President,
I am concerned about all equipments that your government purchased to build roads in Haiti.

When I saw around the country all these equipments, I am very afraid about losing all after your turn as President.

I remind you that your first turn as President you purchased many equipments and all were destroyed or sold. Did you take a good law to maintain safe this investment after your turn in 2011. I thank you so much for your courage and devotion to build this country.
