Amaral Duclona must extradite to Haiti no to France

We, The Dark Knights, wish the Haitian government got this guy extradited to Haiti for his crime on the HAITIAN CITIZENS.

Amaral Duclona killed HAITIAN CITIZENS, an on the Haitian's soil. Therefore, he must be fairly tried in Haiti.

If he finds guilty, il doit purger sa peine en Haiti dans l'une de nos prisons.

If the French want a piece of the cake for the death of any French citizens, it may hold its charge against the presumed murderer, Amaral Duclona, til the end of his term, I reiterate, for his liability in the death of Haitian citizens.
