Pierre Guillaume

You are not acustom to use members'names when you answer to messages, and therefore, that really makes it hard to know exactly who you are addressing.

But I'm going on a lame here believing that you are answering to one of my messages, and so I go!

Guillaume, you do come across as a very intelligent, reasonable, and decent kinda guy very capable to have a rational conversation.

However, I don't quite know exactly what happened, but along the way you seem to let your extremist selective biases take over your judgment and makes you come across as a guy who is engolfed with hate, jealousy, resentment, and disdain for ALL Haitians who are naturalized regardless of their reasons for doing so. And believe me, I know you are not that kind of man.

Before I go any further, I do like to ask you a very important question and that is, as you probably know already, there are thoursands of Haitian citizens as well as Haitians who are naturalized who have freely chosen to join the United States military, right?

Not long ago, in 1994, there were hundreds of them as part of the US so-called peacekeeping force who were sent to Haiti to keep the peace and do everything else. In the midst of keeping the peace, as soldiers, they were involved in many despicable injustices in Haiti.

And my question to you is, since you and many other Haitians like yourself do consider Haitians who naturalized as "Traitors", do you and others like yourself consider those Haitian citizens in the US military as "Traitors" too?

Please if you can, I would like you to give a straight forward answer to the question.

Furthermore, like I said before you seem to be an intelligent and pretty decent guy, but why are you trying so hard to make the "governance" of Haiti's debate about me and not about Preval and the country directly?

Why do Haitian citizens keep showing their high emotion, and their high patriotic loyalty to Haiti, and yet, cannot do anything whatsoever to move the country forward?

If you guys love your country so much shouldn't you all move back to Haiti by now and prove it to the world that you can change the country yourselves without the participation of the stinkin sorry Haitian naturalized traitors who chose to turn their back on Haiti?

Why do you guys keep asking Haitians naturalized to go back to Haiti and get involved when you don't want this group of Haitians?

Isn't that called "double talk"?

Guillaume, you have asked me a lot of questions when you should have directed them to the right persons, Preval and Michelle Pierre-Louis.

You asked me "Do you have a better reputation than President Rene Preval to be considered as a potential candidate for the next presidential election?"

Guillaume you are killing me man! I am not a candidate for anything in Haiti, I never had any intention running for anything in Haiti, and yes, I do have a much better reputation, in my own right, than Preval.

One thing for sure, the international community is not laughing at me due to my incompetence and mediocrity to run Haiti.

I am not a disgrace to any head of state, Preval is, for bringing Bill Clinton in as a foreigner to run a country that he (Preval) was elected president to run. Preval's incompetence and mediocrity to govern Haiti has damaged the very little reputation he had left. Don't you agree?

Guillaume as far I as I am concerned the cave man could do a much better job running Haiti than Preval ever could.

And before we go any further in this debate, can you or anyone else tell us, the bloggers on this site, and to the entire world all of Preval's accomplishments in Haiti since he became president in 2006?

What exactly has he done for the country and for his people?

Even mokeys that are doing flip-flapping on trees in the jungles of African acknowledge that Haiti is, today, worse than it was before Preval became president.

Please stop the nonsense promoting Preval as an effective president just because you have a genuine admiration for him on a personal Level.

I am not attacking his person because I don't know him personally and I never drink with him either, but as a leader, I don't think he can measure up to the cave man, and that, my friend, is the reality.

And yes, if I was a candidate and got elected president, I would be able to turn the country around in just 6 months in office and all Haitians in the diaspora would want to move back to Haiti even if they did not have a penny in the bank.

I am that competent, that wise, and I have that much love in my heart for Haiti perhaps more than you and Preval put together could ever have for Haiti.

Guillaume, I really don't need to justify nor defend my love for Haiti to you, to Preval or to anyone else, but I just want you to know that I still have family (love ones) in Haiti that I am still taking care of because Preval cannot provide opportunities/jobs to them, and I travel to Haiti pretty often.

I just got back from Haiti in April.

And do you know something strange, I don't go to Haiti on vacation.

I go to Haiti to work and helping people in my hometown.

Contrary to your belief and others, majority of Haitians who naturalized still love Haiti maybe more than you, Preval, and all the others put together.

After all these are the people with the lobbying power in Washigton trying to change US racist policy in Haiti.

I have tried several times before to give reasons why "dual citizenship" would be a good thing for Haiti.

It would be a win-win situation for Haiti.

Can you please give us detailed reasons why "dual citizenship" would be bad for Haiti?

Please, try to stay away from the argument about the "oath of citizenship" process nonsense because it doesn't say why it is bad for Haiti.

I know what the "oath" of citizenship is, and I know what it says, please don't repeat it to me again because I am very familiar with it.

Can we do that in a civil way?

I'd appreciate it greatly, thanks in advance!
