Yes, He is en chair, en os et en esprit.

The great Lavaud Hold Desmoulins, a.k.a., The C.R.J., was a very well known cadet of the class 3- the first that received special training at the boot camp of Fort Leonard in Missouri.

And he was supposed to go to Missouri along his classmates.

However, on June 28, 2005, just few hours before he boarded on the military plane, he was expelled from the PNH Academy by a direct order from President Jean Bertrand Aristide.

He was the only cadet that sensed the vulnerability of President Aristide and the fragile foundation of the Haitian National Police (PNH).

He told some of the future officers that President Aristide was vulnerable and he was scared most of them; he was extremely skeptical on the Missouri program.

President Aristide had an impaired base perception for the PNH officers, especially those from the third class.

Such advise was in the hopes to prevent the officers from corruption and to guarantee the presidency's safety.
