Haiti needs Ton Ton Macoutes to RETURN.

What we need in haiti is security and that is what the Ton Ton Macoutes were security.they were Volunteer National Security.

They did a great job!
THOSE KIDNAPPERS would not exist they would be executed or jailed those Deportees would know there place life would be much better tourism would flourish...
