Preval in the picture looks like he's not at home

He looks more like he had being invited to a meeting, and was late, but doesn't look like he was the host of the meeting.

However, one thing you see here, it shows a real character of many Haitians when they face people of other races or other nationality.

Many of them usually too cautions about the way they act, and that they have to show certain respect because the person he's from other country or another race.
