Haiti We Have to Break It Down

Personally I think we have to break Haiti down by sector and start telling people which sector is bad.

Just like they do in America, they have best state, worse state, within the states best county and worse county, and within the country, best city worse city, and within the city they have best area and worse area.

That means you know exaclty where to go and where not to go.

The government needs to learn how to promote Haiti better.

I love New York but there are parts of New York that you will never find a tourist in unless he is buying crack.

Crime in these areas is simply LOCAL NEWS
