It always amazes me when I see how much power and influence Haitians living abroad (the diaspora) put on Preval, which led me to akcnowledge the profound delusion and hallucination Haitians are really suffering form.

First of all, anyone with the smallest brain and the very little common sense would realize that "if Preval and his retard government cannot provide any job the people of Haiti, what makes them think that Preval can get them employment anywhere they are in the world?

Let's see! I live in the state, can Preval really get me a job working at McDonald, or at Xerox company, or at Stanley Morgan, or at the French embassy in DC. or at City Hall in New York City, etc. etc...?

Unfortunately, we are all fully aware that's how it's done in Haiti.

Since the government creat no jobs and no opportunities to its people, so therefore, the government creats a favor/begging system.

The way it works, the president would give a little note/memo/letter to an individual and send that person to the minister of education, or the minister of health, etc...etc...

to get a job regardless of the qualification, skills, and experience of the individual.

This person must get the job because that person happens to be either a friend of the president or the son/daughter of a friend of the president.

And Haitians refuse to understand that this system of employability only exists in Haiti.

Let me give a prime example of the Haitian backward believe system.

In miami, New York City, and some other places in US with large Haitian immigrant populations tend to share one common problem, which is "immigration issues." Those who are trying to get their legal papers in order to stay in the country and those who try to bring their love ones to the United States from Haiti.

What do you see in Miami for example, Haitians pay between $500 to $1000 to those Haitians who are in the immigration business ONLY to fill out an asylum application, $500 to fill out a green card application and up to $200 just to fill out an affidavit of support.Keep in mind anyone can fill out these application online or they can download the application and fill them out themselves, or by law, they can get an INS officer to help them fill them out over the phone.

But Haitians prefer to pay these enormous amount of money to fill out these applications because they believe that these people who take their huge amount of money Do Have someone in the inside of the INS who is moving the process faster with an absolute guarantee to satify the application of their clients.

These people do understand that whether you fill the application yourselves or pay a lot of money to those people to fill the applications for them, it will still take the same amount of time to get an answer from INS, which is no more than 3 months.

And, provided you produced all the required documents it will still take the same amount of time for their love ones to get granted visa to enter US.

But unfortunately, that is the type of system they are used to in Haiti.

There is always a "middle man" interfering in all aspect of Haitian life in Haiti, and therefore, they believe it is an abosolute system everywhere in the world.

Even though they've been out of Haiti for a longtime, but Haitians still refuse to get educated and informed in order to realize that Haiti is still operating by the primitive sytem used in the dark and stone ages.

Haitians around the world need to understand that Preval is only president of Haiti where all of his power and influence lie to, and that he has no power and influence in the affairs of any other country.
