Lavaud Hold Desmoulins says...
Tiba,
I just asked a question.
I never said he is patriotic.
He may be a patriot.
He sounds as one. He is really involved.
He is talented.
He is inspiring.
He is smart.
He is a Haitian.
He is out of his own country.
MINUSTAH boys taking our kids to the beaches and their hotel suits.
He knows a lot of stuff to plant in the Haitian class rooms.
But He is a Haitian, not a MINUSTAH boy. Li leve nan bwe akasan ak biswit tibe, li pa kan'n anyen; li pa gen anyen serye pou ofri Haitien.
se konsa ou wel. He is just not a MINUSTAH boy in my perception.
His beef with President Aristide, for me, is just politics.
President Aristide and Stanley Lucas are Haitian politicians.
Neither one can legally be a U.S president.
Please Tiba be smart.

Lavaud Granted Lucas has made a name for himself, but does that really make him a great patriot? What is a great patriot anyway? Do you think he is a great patriot because he gave a one day training to new so-called young Haitian leaders, he

Lavaud, You asked me to "Be smart" but I did not think that I was dumb. You said "Tiba, I just asked a question. I never said he is patriotic." Well Lavaud, you asked a question and I answered it to the best of my ability. What is wrong with y

Through his interventions on the radio and his writings, Mr. Lucas keeps denouncing injustice wherever he sees it;he keeps warning us against a shadowy future if we miss to get involved for necessary changes in Haiti;he keeps reminding the most privi

I don't think Stanley Lucas is new to the political scene. He is involved through IRI for more than a decade doing democracy building work. This gives him good background for a political career (hopefully) in Haiti. I listen to his radio interview

I think those of you who are pushing for Stanley Lucas should be very careful. It is so sad how, after all the lies they've been told, Haitians still just believe an individual's rhetoric rather than actually looking at the person's real record. I am

Mr. Lucas is on a self-promoting campaign for a long time now. Would he die for Haiti is the one-trillion dollar question? Then we know we have a patriot. Mourir est beau pour la patrie.
