Zac,
You have a pretty aggressive plan and wish you could luck in this undertaking.
It is not an impossible plan to accomplish if you really put your heart to it. After all, you are still young with a gizillion more years ahead of you.
However, there is something very important you need to take into consideration and there is no way around it, and that is while you would build a 5-star college campus in Haiti, you still have to adopt the Haitian education curriculum, you cannot make up your own.
In a word, the college must operate according to Haiti's education standard.
I don't think US, Canada, France etc. etc..
has any jurudiction/authority to Haiti's education system, and therefore will not be able to accreditate your college in Haiti.
And that means US will still not honor any degrees earned from your college.
Zac, regardless how bad and broken down the Haitian's education system is, you, me, or no other person or persons can fix it other than the government.
Until then, anyone like yourself with wonderful plans to build the most suphisticated colleges and universities in Haiti will be well and good, but thoese colleges and universities will still have to function/operate within the Haitian academic curriculum and standards.
