Can't do everything in a year
The electricy issue has been going on for a while.
The country has other emergencies like the kidnapping around the cities; it's a major concern for the government and every Haitian.
President Preval has put more Cops on the road, since then kidnapping goes down.
Don't forget that He is a man with lots of experience; this is his second term in office and Preval never left the country.
He knows exactly what's going on around him.
My problem with him is that the President remains too quiet.
He never tells his opinion regarding the electricity, construction, and the kidnapping etc. However, I know he has plans for these issues.
I trust him because he is smart and quiet.
The man has been there.
One more time guys: REMEMBER THAT PREVAL NEVER LEFT THE COUNTRY.
HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT'S GOING ON. HE DOES NOT LIKE TO TALK;THE PRESIDENT HAS PLANS TO TAKE HAITI TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
BE PATIENT; ONE YEAR IS NOT ENOUGH; TRAVAY LA AMPIL.
