Bill Clinton does not represent America in Haiti.

You will not see him guarded by US marines soldiers.

You will not see him run in/out the US embassy; You might see him very well guarded by UN soldiers and those tanks.

He is flanked by the UN's biggest chief to make sure he is taking care only the interest of the foreign governments in Haiti, not the Haitians and the Brandt, Madsen, and Meuzd likes.

Yes, the office of Mr. William Jefferson Clinton, a.k.a. Bill Clinton, will be in the "Palais National".

He will make sure, of course, all the important offices there, not limited to Preval's, the secret services, Preval Chief of staff's, be bugged and wire to his office.

What you will happening in Haiti after his cozy sitting in the Palais National:
- bad news about Guy Philippe, the Ex- FADH officers, especially the 1971 Military Academy promotion; Aristide's clans; The drug dealers; Preval, etc.
