Haitians seem to be making a big deal on a $335 million some masters promised to Haiti as if it is an extraordinary pile of money that will solve all the problems of Haiti and pay for the trip that will finally take the Haitian people to the promise land.

Let see here, I live in upstate New York in a city with a school distric of 34 thousand students run by a Haitian as superintendent.

It costs $600 miilion to run the district and there is always an outcry by the public calling for more money.

Haiti has a population of 9 million people.

The $335 million the so-called donors will be taking from their "piggie banks" to give to Haiti, represents nothing more than lunch money (sort of speak) to the Haitian people.

What my cousing is able to achieve really in Haiti, well the jury is still out. We have to wait and see.

The US ambassador who resigned from her post in Haiti, did so, according to her, because of the incompetence of Preval's government to really move the country forward, as one of the reasons why she resigned.

Clinton will not be able to do much of anything without the cooperation of the Preval's government.

First of all, the government will not see Clinton as an ally that they should take advantage of his expertise, knowledge, wisdom, and wills to the benefit of the country, but they will see Clinto as a threat.

And we all know how Haitians feel when they see someone as a threat to their positions/posts/jobs, etc...they get rid of you in a flash.

I bet all politicians in Haiti, Preval included, already have their "boko" (vodoo priests) on stand by to criple Clinton in case he (Clinton) is trying to much to polishing up the face of Haiti to the rest of the world.

This is what Haitians do!
