I don't believe is going to happen but I don't think much would change in La Gonave.

You right thought La Gonave and many other part of Haiti don't get any attention at all. I guest your reason might be because you guys are not connected with Port Au Prince and others but what about Ile de la tortue, les cayes, labadie.

The other Ile/Island would wanna do the samething and that's why it will not work.
