Interesting, interesting.

My Dad and I were having this conversation last night as we were watching this movie on the history of Haiti and how we were the first black nation to gain independence.

I was very fascinated and proud I must say. My Dad also told me of how Haiti was once a beautiful country(even though it still is today) were as you said earlier had alot of nice tourist spots, people all over the world would come and visit ECT. He also told me of how the economy was booming, everyone had jobs, there wasn't any hunger ECT. My Dad told me that they used to call Haiti paradise as well. AS I thought about this, a couple questions came to mind.First, How the hell did HAiticame from being a beautiful country with a sound government, and bustling econmy, to Hell on Earth as some commercials and americans view it as. What is being done to restore the country to it's original state.

Who is trying to restore our counrty (ayiti cheri) to it's original state (if there is anyone making an effort).

And is there hope for Haiti in the future to have a sound government, or at least be able to be like the DR and have some type of stability.
