I never took you message as a joke, in fact, I think it is wonderful that you're looking after the interest of Haiti, but I don't think you would get anywhere by using this blog as the right venue to get the government's attention to your plan.

Contrary to many people's belief, this is not an offical government website of the Haitian government.

It is a waste of time for anyonw who tries to communicate with Preval on this blog.

First and foremost, Preval doesn't even know how to turn on a computer.

Secondly, Preval doesn't use the internet as a medium for information or anything else.

Thirdly, Preval doesn't give a rat *ss to what Haitians have to say, thinking or feeling.

The less he knows the better it is for him and all of his cronies.

Fourthly, Preval doesn't read English nor understand English, therefore, using the internet is useless for him.

And Macc, don't be surpised if Preval government laughs at you with your plan. This is what Haitian government is all about, humiliating its own citizens.

You would have a much greater chance for them to listen to you explaining your plan to them only if you were white, yep! I am not kidding.

Sorry I don't know of any Haitian government official website, but as I suggested earlier, try to contact the Haitian embassy in DC. or the Haitian consulate in NY. These are the closest to Preval they may be able to direct you to the right people.
