The haitian should be able to export their mangos, their corn, their avocados, their breadfruits, their yams, bananas, their sweet potatoes, their watercress, their lemons, their oranges, their grapefruits, their raisins, their meat, pork, goats, beef and turkeys etc to the American market to develop the haitian economy as every other country such Florida, California.

President should employ more agronomists in every Department to teach the peasants how to better plant and grow more food not only to eat but to export so they can make more money and combat poverty.

President should encourage trade in Haiti to develop more employment for the Haitian people so they do not have to take the boats and risk their lives on the Miami shores.
