recovery grants for emerging nations

< Previous | Home | Next >

Dear Mr. President,

The reason for this letter is to introduce myself as well as establishing a relationship with you and your plans for Haiti.

I was born in Haiti and moved to the United States at the age of 14. I'm very interested in my country's future and looking forward to do as much as I can to contribute to the revival of Haiti.

I'm a businessman and partner of Philip Brisard and Ken Brisard, also Haitians by birth.

The two Brisards are brothers and together the three of us run a Securities and Investment Advisory Company with services offered through Ridgeway and Conger, Inc. I would also encourage you to visit both websites www.ridgewayconger.com / www.brisardbrisardinc.com - to get a clear idea about us and the companies.

Our firm is located at the heart of the Financial District in New York (Wall Street).

And because of that fact, we encounter many deals and opportunities from all sorts of individuals worldwide.

At this time, I have a project that I would like to get you to take a look at.

I'm sure you are very much aware of the former President's of the United States (Mr. Bill Clinton) new job, as the envoy to Haiti.

With that said, I've received an invitation to participate in a RECOVERY GRANTS FOR EMERGING NATIONS (platform).

The platform focuses on the financing of Government projects, which are of a social humanitarian and infrastructure nature.

This financing does not create debt for any country and is aimed to create sustainable economic growth ultimately better standards of living for the people of those countries.

In fact, properly utilized, these grants can actually create a positive factor for any Government, by allowing the Government's share to be book entered as Capital Assets of the Country.

I would like to assist Haiti in qualifying for this program and we welcome the opportunity to bring you and your Prime Minister (Ms. Michele Pierre Louis) and the Minister of Finance, with a view to achieving a mutual agreement / arrangement so that we may assist you in developing your economy for the betterment of your Government and its people.

Just to let you know, I'm the first cousin of the current mayor of Port-Au-Prince Mr. Yves "Muscadin" Jason.

I wish you all the best and look forward to speaking with you or your representative shortly.

Sincerely yours,

Macc Plaise, CMO
