Following up on The whole story about the haitian that was killed, when I was in High School I took a class on how to debate and one of the things i learned was to never generalize or exaggerate in a debate.

When a person begins to generalize and exaggerate statements he loses credibility.

But not only that if your opponent is smart he can easily defeat you and make you look ignorant and uninformed.

Because anybody with enough common sense knows that any assumption that a whole group of people is alike is false.

There are always exceptions.

It's also important that the debater measures his temperament because saying unfounded statements to simply provoke your opponent reflects badly on you.

The topic is: I got cut off by Haitian embassy in D. C.
