Bullet Resistant Vests for Police

Dear Mr. President, how can I go about donating approximately 50 bullet resistant vests that I have collected from the police officers where I work in a U.S. police department?

I am doing this as a private citizen, not as a police employee, and I have yet to receive a response from Mario Andresol on how to achieve this. Please advise, thank you.
