Haiti is Hemorrhaging Slowly Dying from Thievery

Haiti is dying from too many parasites from those bent on stealing.

Haiti cannot afford the incompetence of Preal for another 2 years.

Or another 5 years after that with another criminal loser.

On the job training can only work if the person has a certain level of education and intelligence which is not Preval's case. People who are incapable of doing their jobs are usually fired.

Haitians need to find a way to remove Preval from office.

The should try impeachment.Its the democratic way.
