pwo'gram pou' sove' Haiti'

Dr Jean De La Bourg - May 18 2009, 1:48 PM

Mr President i was wondering why the government of Haiti does not yet decide to take part in rentable investments such as social lodging.

Look we will never end this problem that causes us to alway depend on the international community mainly the US to provide for us.This program would consist of negociating with people who have precarious houses and building in their sites buildings with several stories in which the government would give one apartment to each one of the previous owners.

As the government will not have enough money to pay the laborers, the government shat make a section of the news security corps into a professional branch that will consist of plumbers, electricians, masons, topographs, machinery operators, drywallers etc. This is just a resume of the program.

In case you re interested i could be contacted easily by email because i have everything that could make this country into a rich infrastructured country.

Thank you for the opportunity you have given me to express myself concerning of the politics of my country
May God bless you Mr President in the good job you are doing and keep on doing.

Keep on keeping on!

Respectively votre

A friend who s been invited to go with you in Jacmel, cayes Jacmel, BelAnse in 1997.
