I think you read me wrong.

I was not insinuating that the parliament did not have power within its own infrastructure/system to issue subpeonas, to call the prime minister in for hearing, etc...

In term of moving the country forward by accomplishing great things like job creation, opportunities for ALL, bringing investors in, etc...

etc...

that rest in the hands of the president, both chambers have no power and no say there.

And if they had the power to create jobs then they failed their constituents miserably and every single one of them must resign pronto.
