First of all, you failed to understand that "Leaders are born, they are not made." Preval was never born a leader.

Haitians are the ones trying hard to make a leader out of him.

Secondly, governing a country is not like running a grocery story or a bakery.

It takes more than that.

You're asking how he got where he is now?

Well, simple! he had a good friend called Aristide who had named him "prime minister" of his government.

Last but not least, he got elected in 2006 under the premise that he'll bring back Aristide to Haiti.

That declaration drove Haitians to the voting booths and elected him for a second time.
