Joshua - I am so sick and tired of people coming on here addressing Preval directly as if Preval check this blog every 15, 30 minutes.

In addition, I cannot comprehend how people would come on this blog and addressing a president any kind of way they want to.
If I were Preval, I would never answer to anyone's message from this blog who would address to me they way they do.

No wonder why Preval appoached Obama the way he did during the "Americas summit", this is a haitian "think."

Furtheremore, anyone with a project, un idea, etc...

they think would help Haiti, you don't come on the blog asking Preval to get the hold of you to discus the plan or whatever.

It is time that we, Haitians, learn some protocol.

In such situations, learn to call or get in touch with the Haitian embassy in the city or country where you live. That is the job of ambassodors/consulates.

If they found your idea/plan/project is a good one for the country, they will then direct you to the right person in the government, or they would ask you to meet with them first so they can get more detailed information about it.

Unless it's a friend, when addressing someone, especially someone in position of power/authourity, you need to show competence and respect by the way you address and the custruct of your writing.
