Following up on Did Obama Diss Preval, Juliette; I'll tell you what I said earlier about this is Preval following his culture.
In MY HAITIAN culture, people don't go around grabbing other people's arms unless the other person is a close friend, a family member, or is about to get hit by a bus.
There's something called social grace, which most head of states have. Actually, anyone with basic social manners would know that you don't do what Preval did. Grabbing someone's arm to get their attention is not something that is done in any formal gathering with people you don't know, let alone with the leader of the free world.
This is not the idiot's cousin Ti Chales that he had not seen in a while; this is the President of the United States.
Preval does not have basic manners.
He should not run a sewer, but yet he's running Haiti.
