With regard to What Bill and Hillary Clinton Say About Haiti, La solucion y bienestar de haiti no son limosnas economicas.
Yo no veo que los hatianos que son ciudadanos de USA y que viven en USA necesitan o reciben limosnas.
Por lo tanto la solucion verdadera es ciudadania de USA para todos los nativos haitianos.
Y para mi es la misma solucion que necesita la isla de cuba.
En el caso de haiti y cuba la solucion es que el nativo tenga movilidad, tenga independencia como "unidad y nucleo familiar" de solucionar su problema economico por si solo y la unica y verdadera solucion es:
Actualizar la ciudadania de Haiti y la ciudadania de Cuba a la de USA.
La solucion de hati y Cuba es un estatus igual al que tiene Puerto Rico.
