I will not clap/applaud to comments made by the slavemaster about problems that I already know exist in Haiti.

I just returned from Haiti 4/10 and wrote on this very blog about the road conditions and what I saw first hand.

My job, however, is to use the "critical thinking" theory to analys the speech given by the slavemaster about the development of Haiti.

The US-Secretary of State, Mrs. Cliton, talked about the forgiving of Haiti's debts that will take place in 2 months or so, and yet, she also mentioned a $20 million that US will be giving to Haiti to pay its debts.

The $4 million a month she refered to is the money Haiti pays every month as interest on the $1+ trillion the country owes to IMF, BID, etc....

Which is which?

Will Haiti's debts be forgiven as she mentioned, or will Haiti keep paying on that debt every month using the $20 million that US will be giving to the houseslave Preval and company?
