What Haiti and Haitians are going through is the result of decades of government thieves sending the people's taxes to their private bank accounts.

Some have managed to give some members of their familie's an education these days, I call that progress because before they used to just provide themselves with a fake diploma.

Nothing will change until Preval retire from office but after running the country down will he be able to retire in peace is another matter.
