The last time if you can check your history or went to school, you would know that Haiti is part of the Latin-American Countries (Organization) be it being Central and South Americas to include the Caribbean which is why Cuba, Puerto Rico, Haiti and the Dominican Republic that are int eh Caribbeans are still considered or are part of the Latin-American COuntries Organization of Nations or network.

Do you even know why the Caribbean is called the Caribbean?

Or even the notion why it is called the "West Indies?

Here is a link haiti-usa.org go and I hope as a Haitian you read it unlike most other Haitians like to do which is not read informative links when given to them.

Being latino does not have anything to do with how you look or the color of your skin. This is something even basic Wikipedia can inform you upon. Here go read this link en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin_America

By the way, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans an Cubans among many others in those Latin-American Countries give or take by whom they were colonized by have African roots, heritage as well - major or minor.

Latin America (Spanish: América Latina or Latinoamérica; Portuguese: América Latina; French: Amérique latine) is a region of the Americas where Romance languages (i.e., those derived from Latin) â€" particularly Spanish and Portuguese, and variably French â€" are primarily spoken.

GO to these sites en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin_America and tell me if Haiti is not in the list of the "Lanic" webpage as a Latin Country or not...

Oh even this Yahoo list will help you dir.yahoo.com/Regional/Regions/Latin_A.../
