Luis - You explained your reasons considering the caribbean as part of Latin American "There in caribbeans, but are consider latinos for a few reason.

There mixed with native indians and spaniards, They speak spanish and they look like most people in south america."

This is the must absurd idiotic logic that I have ever heard.

Do you people have any brain at all?

Knowledge is power, stop repeating other people's stupidy.

What would you say about Mexico and Spain, who, too, speak Spanish and look alike?

Those who have their brains in excellent working condition know very well that Haiti has been the victim of a conspiracy well orchestreted by US, France, and others to never become anything more than a welfare state, but to say the Caribbean block (except Haiti) is part of the Latin American because they speak Spanish and they look alike is way beyond comprehension.

If Spain and Mexico, who speak Spanish and share the same traits characteristics cannot be part of the Latin American then your reasoning is flawed.

You better come up with a more acceptable logic for your geographical zonic.
