Without security a country can't grow Army

I"m for rebuilding the Army and Haiti is much in need for it. The UN will do whatever it take to stay in Haiti because they are getting paid to do nothing but hurting innocent people.

I agree with many of you guys invester will not invest unless we have security and the National Police is not enought to provide security to the country.

8,000 thousands police mem/woman can't provide security to 8.4 Millions people.

One security is inplace than we can star focus on everything else. Security should be the # one priority to the Preval Gorvernment.

The only reason Cite Soleil lable as the slum of Haiti is because the international community want to resourse that's there.

Solondieu is right because they are focusing to much on Cite Soleil.

I will be in Haiti in June and I will let you guys what's happening.
