The Dark Knight,

my! my! my!

Dark Knight why are you coming on here propaganding flawed information?

First and foremost, what does The US constitution have to do with Haitian consititution?" T

he US Constitution was written in 1778 while Haiti was still a slave empire of France.

Haiti did not have a constitution until 1804.

For those of you on the blog who care to know, here's the Article III Section 3 my good friend refered to, please read it and see for yourselves.

The United States Constitution

Article III.

Section.

3.

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."

Is there any mention of Haiti in that article or anywhere else in US constitution?

Be aware of false prohets!

The Dark Knight asked "When the last time you remember US government returned its own citizens to Haiti to face criminal charges?

When the last time you heard The Haitian government sent its own citizens to United States to face criminal charges for their crimes they committed on their own land [Haiti]?

all the times?

Do you remember in the late 90s Himeler Rebu, Leonce Qualeau, and the late Philippe Biamby spent times in a Florida jail for their coup d'etat "ratte" against Prosper Avril?"

God have mercy! Dark Knight, what you just explained has absolutely nothing to do with the Article III section 3 in the US constitution.

Dark Knight's explanation has to do with what's called "Treaties." US and Haiti have signed "Extradition Treaty" which gives full and total power to US law inforcement, the FBI, etc...

to come to Haiti looking for anyone who committed crimes in the US and flee to Haiti in hiding to escape prosecurtion.

Unfortunately, the "Extradition Treaty" signed between the 2 countries is "one-sided." While US has full, complete and totale power to come to Haiti to catch criminals fleeing US justice, Haiti on the other hand does not have the power to come to US to catch criminals fleeing Haiti's justice system.

Remember people, knowledge is power!
