Is this a joke?

I have a feeling there will be a Haitian president innstaled somewhere soon either in US, Canada, or in France.

Oh, I almost forgot there is already a Haitian president with a full cabinet governing Haiti from afar in South Africa.

There is a Haitian chamber of comerce in Miami, a Haitian Congress in Chicago, and the president in South Africa, what's more do Haitians need?

We, Haitians own the world.

What's the significance of these all little fragments of the Haitian ecological society around the world?

None whatsover! I think the goal and objectives of these organizations is to con weak minded Haitian of their hard earned monies.

In term of "dual citizenship" this is a dream that will always be nothing else but a dream.

It will never happen for the following reasons:

1) This dual citizenship crap talk prooves, once again, the incompetence and the mediocrity of the Haitian people.

There are several committees formed since 2006 to study what?

The feasibility of dual citizenship.

Does that mean Haitians don't know the meaning of "amendment?"

2) Haitians seem to be too intellectually bankrupt on this issue of dual citizenship.

Unlike US constitution, amending the Haitian constitution can be done in a mater of right "on the spot" sort of speak.

It means, if the government is really interested to grant citizenship to all of its citizens, it would not take weeks, months, or years.

It can happen in one day. Whereas, it takes 10 years to amend US constitution

From what I know about this issue no one in Haiti is really serious on this issue.

It is said that Preval is very interested and therefore, the Haitian parliament and the senate will vote on the issue in 2011. If both houses vote in favor of dual citizenship, the new parliament that will come in 2012 will vote on the decision already voted by the 2011 congress.

And only if the parliament of 2012 agress then dual citizenship will be granted to everybody who wants it right on the spot.

Can someone please explain to me this stupid, idiotic, and moronic voting system the Haitian parlaiment and senate use on this issue of dual citizenship?

It just doesn't make any sense to me nor to the cave man either.
