The guy who runs this blog lives in Palm Bay, Florida.

The fact that he has been using the gutter rat Preval's name to attract people to this blog all these years means that Preval is letting him do it. The set-up is probably that Preval gets a cut of whatever money St. Preux makes from the blog. This just makes want to hurl because it shows how low this gutter rat Preval will go to make a couple of bucks.
