Why can`t he be PRESIDENT we`ve had worse.

In my opinion, I believe that when one is experienced and educated that makes it easier do get the job done. Those people you mentioned they may have had good intentions unfortunately they did not obtain their goals wether to help Haiti becoming a more secure and safe country.

One thing you have to think about is that Every individual is different.

Why can`t he be PRESIDENT we`ve had worse.
