I think you're missing the point.
When a person is born in a country, he/she has the nationality of that country by origin.
And he/she is also a citizen of that country.
Then, if that person goes to another country and have a child there, that child also has both, dual citizenship and dual nationality by "jus soli" and "jus sanguinis" if those two countries allow the principle of dual citizenship/dual nationality.
Jus soli, because he/she was born in that country, and jus sanguinis, because he/she has the blood of his/her parent.
I just wanted to make a simple clarification on this matter.
