To be honest with you Linda, Haiti can emulate any of those developed countries that would be great! that in fact, should be us Haitians ultimate goal. But the fact is without SECURITY what foreign investor or tourist would flock to those developed nations.

Haiti is like a Columbia with the drugs, FYI crack cocaine is being sold on the streets of Port au Prince, Haiti is like Iraq, it is being occupied by foreign forces. And Haiti at this very moment is like Mexico where Gov't corruption and Kidnapping is rampant.

I am all for reaching for the stars, but lets do it as a NATION, lets do it collectively not individually.

we are all in trouble from Cite soleil to Petionville and above...

our country needs SECURITY it needs private prisons so that we can lock up murders, theives, drug dealers, corrupted gov't officials and anyone that is breaking the country laws people have to feel and know that they are safe in Haiti.

so that they can visit and spend money in Haiti, we have so much for the world to come and see in Haiti, Labadie Beach, looks just like Honululu or the Citadel, which is our ancestors testimony to the world that we are a great nation like Ancient Egypt with the Pyramids we too can build wonders not to mention are world class paintings and artifacts we are missing out on Billions of tourist Euro's which would exchange into trillions of Haitian Gourdes.

and if we started Farms like the plantations we had before Haiti Would be the richest island in the Caribbean again.

We need roads in Haiti and Highways in congested Port au Prince, I say let's build that with prison labor.

what do you think Linda?
