That's a question the Haitian people should have ask prior to elect President preval.

Haiti is an import country which mean Haiti do not produce all we do is buy, buy and buy some more. In order to create jobs Haiti need to start producing more and buy less. Under Duvalier and even Jean -Claude Duvalier Haiti was buying a lot less in fact not much at all because US doesn't support dictatorship which mean they would not trade with Haiti.

Haiti use to produce rice and many other products but all of that stop because we don't invest in our agriculture.

Haiti buy and buy from the US but everything Haiti bought from the US are not produce from the US.

Preval has been in office for 9 months and the only thing he has done for country is making pretty little speech and travel the world.

I since lot's of anger in your words, why don't you enlighten me on what preval is doing for the county.

Since you so smart please answer that for me. In order to have a functional country a county must have SECURITY and without security it's all a waste of time. Security creates jobs, investors want to be part of that country and what's that creates for the country "COME ON SAY IT WITH ME----JOBS" LOL
