Julien, the idea of vocational schools in any country is a good one. However, when you have finish training these individuals where will they work?

Haiti has so many young people right now who already had vocational training but can't find jobs. The most important thing for Haiti is economic development; without that, training just means more young man who have certificates will end up getting jobs as chauffeurs or errand-boys for the elite.
