Cecurity is not an achievement it is process.
Regardless of what you do you will still need to have security as an ongoing prerogative.
Security is needed everywhere around the world.
Haiti is not the most unsecured place on earth or the Caribbea.
In Jamaica nearly 20 persons have already been murdered since the biggining of 2009. We haitians keep telling people that Haiti is the worst while in fact it is not.
In what way would you make security the first thing.
Isn't it a lack of security when your people cannot eat to their hunger?
What do you understand by the term security as it relates to national construction?
Security is an integrated word.
I know you are clever enough to look at it more intelligently.
To me it amount to insecurity when my people have to line up to collect a bag of rice from Brazil
it amounts to insecurity when my people take boat to go to places like Jamaica
and other Islands only to be rejected as though they were pigs.
Educcation is the best way to secure a nation, Food is one way to sustain life. Dignity is the key to Human development. With education and food for my people I would start restoring dignity thus restore security.
I cannot secure illiteracy and hunger.
But I can secure educated people, I can secure my goods, my border, my people, my heritage.
Whoever think they can do democracy or achieve security without education and national production is out of touch with the concept of sustained development.
I want you to remember this.
