You said he plans to build road, are you correct?

There is a fool on the blog that got me all upset saying that Preval is going to buy boat instead of building road to save money.

He is not doing the people a favor and so far I haven't seen any SIGNS OF LEADERSHIP TARGETED VISION AND STRATEGY.

The prideless man is killing your country if you have not realized that.

Are we talking about the same Preval that if finishing his second term?

Do not associate your name to the fool. He won't do anything.

He is incapable and unwilling.

If he had any love for the country he would have stepped down long time ago. Or ask for help. I am not talking about begging for money.

I am talking about calling on the best and brightest of the country regardless of their political affiliation to help him save the country.

But if I was Preval knowing how bad 2009 is going to be I would focus on Agriculture.
