yves

Please, pay the guy no mind! I don't think he has a clue how government works, but it is always good for people to have fantasies.

By the way, Yves, Haiti has been operated or producing eletricity using Hydro-electric.

Have you ever heard of "Hydroelectric of Peligres?"

Part of it got blown away in 1994 by a saboter who worked in the plante, but in Haiti, once something broke it is broke forever.

There is no maintenance, there isn't anyone doing anything.

For example, if your telephone service doesn't work properly, you call the company, it would take at least 3 months before they will send someone to take a look at it.

But once again, this guy Montrsor has absolutely no clue of what he is talking about.

Dual citizenship is NOT a privilege, but rather a right.

It is my right to keep my Haitian citizenship.

You're already showing your incompetence, mediocrity and your profound ignorance on the issue of the dual cizenship.

There will be no filling applications and no charging $695 application fees.
The law or the constitution will ONLY recognize that ALL Haitians who are natiralized are still Haitian citizens.

Someone who is naturalizing American, for example, went for an interview before a US immigration agent.

At the interview, the officer asks the applicant if he/she wants to keep his/her native citizenship or not.

In the case of Haitians, the officer says, "well, you HAVE to renounce to your Haitian citizenship because your country doesn't accept dual citizenship." You are forced to renounce to your Haitian citizenship/nationality.

If you ever become the president of Haiti and you come up with a crap like that, I hope the people drag you out of office by maximum force and give you "Pere Lebrun."
